Return & Exchange Policy

At KAHN BLEU, we want you to love your purchase. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges to ensure you get the right fit and product.

Exchange Eligibility

​

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
   

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
   

• Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item (subject to stock availability).
   

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us using our contact page with your order number and exchange request.
    

2. We’ll confirm availability and provide you with exchange instructions.
    

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed.
    

Important Notes

​

• No refunds will be issued. Exchanges only.
   

• If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.
   

• Domestic orders only (currently, we cannot accept international exchanges).
