At KAHN BLEU, we want you to love your purchase. Exchanges are free within the United States. Returns for a refund are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders

All international orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you check your size carefully before making a purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
   

• Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item (subject to stock availability).

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us using our contact page with your order number and exchange request.
    

2. We’ll confirm availability and provide you with exchange instructions.
    

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your exchange will be processed.
    

Important Notes​
 

• If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.
   

• United States orders only (currently, we cannot accept international exchanges or returns).
